In pursuance of Sub-Section (1) of Section 5 and Sub-Section (1) and (2) of Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, and in effect of the current work allocation Orders dated 18.2.2013, 20.2.2013 and 22.2.2013, the Competent Authority has designated the Officers of DGFT, as per enclosed list, as Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) and First Appellate Authorities (F.A.A.) in DGFT.
