This office has to publish Foreign Trade Policy Books 2004-2009, Hand Book of Procedure Vol.I and cover of Hand Book of Procedure Vol.II. The details of the books to be printed are as under:

Size : 8.25” X 11.75”

Colour : Multicolour

Paper : Text - 135 gsm imported art paper

: Cover – 300 gsm imported art paper

Binding : Perfect bound with lamination on outer cover

Inputs : Text to be composed by the firm and cover

designing to be done by firm

Time Schedule : Books to be printed within 5 days from the supply of

printing material

Quantity : Foreign Trade Policy(English) –10000 copies

(84 pgs.approx)

Foreign Trade Policy (Hindi) -- 1100 copies

( 96 pgs approx)

Hand Book of Procedure Vol.I (Eng.) – 10000 copies

(156 pgs approx)

Hand Book of Procedure Vol.I (Hindi) – 1100 copies

(180 pgs approx)

Cover of Hand Book of Procedure Vol.II (English)-- 5000 covers

Rates are invited for the printing of above books. The quotations may be submitted to the undersigned in Room No.302 latest by 4^th March, 2005.
