This Directorate is to award a contract for work of printing of D.O.letter heads, visiting cards, printing of folders, invitation cards and greeting cards etc. for a year from the date of THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT.  The contract will be awarded to the firm who quotes  the lowest rates for the printing of various items and fulfils the other prescribed conditions. The terms and condition of the contract alongwith format on which quotations are to be given can be had from this Directorate (Room No.202-A) Stationery Store on any working day between 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM. The last date for the acceptance of the quotation is 20th June, 2005 (Monday) upto 5.00 PM.
