Subject:- Contract for provision of TV Cable connections on monthly subscription basis in the rooms of Senior Officers of DGFT(HQ), Udyog Bhavan, Moulana Azad Road, New Delhi.

Gentlemen,

Directorate General of Foreign Trade invites quotation in a sealed cover superscribed “QUOTATIONS FOR TV CABLE CONNECTIONS” for provision of TV Cable connections in the rooms of Senior Officers of DGFT (HQ) at Udyog Bhavan (H-Wing), Moulana Azad Road, New Delhi on monthly subscription basis for a period of one year on the following terms and conditions :-

1. The firm will be required to do the work during the period mentioned above.

2. The firm will be required to furnish a security deposit amounting to Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two thousand only) in the form of FDR issued in favour of DGFT within 15 days from the issue of the contract letter. It will not carry any interest and will be refunded on satisfactory completion of the contract.

3. Rates offered in the tender will not be enhanced during the currency of contract.

4. No advance payment will be made in any case.

5. The representative of the firm will report to the General Section to attend the complaints.

6. The contract can be terminated summarily by this Department at any time without assigning any reason. In this connection, the decision of the undersigned will be final and binding upon the contractor.

The quotations should be addressed to Dy. Director General of Foreign Trade, General Section, office of DGFT, Room No. 304, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi and should be reached by 4.00 PM on 26.7.2006. Quotation received thereafter will not be considered.
