TENDER NOTICE

Subject:- Award of contract for the Annual Maintenance of 35 (thirty five) inverters (33 of 1000/1250VA and 2 of 2000VA) except batteries of DGFT (Hqrs.), New Delhi.

This office proposes to enter into an Annual Maintenance Contract of 35 (thirty five) inverters (33 of 1000/1250VA and 2 of 2000VA) except batteries.

2. Copy of the terms and conditions of the Annual Maintenance Contract can be collected from the General Section, Room No. 202, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi on any working days between 10.00 AM to 4.30 PM.

3. Interested parties/firms are requested to quote their charges for the above contract along with company’s profile and details of maintenance work done/being done in other offices.

4. The quotations may be sent so as to reach the undersigned latest by 31.7.2006 upto 4.30 PM along with earnest money of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) in the form of Bank Draft issued in favour of DGFT, New Delhi, with the following superscribed on the top of the sealed envelop “QUOTATION FOR AMC OF INVERTERS”. The earnest money will be returned to the un-successful bidder.

5. Quotations received thereafter will not be considered.
